Why Join A union?

A union is an organized association of workers formed to protect and further their rights and interest. We believe that workers should always feel safe in attesting and reporting any wrong-doing or unfairness in their work environment… as a union, we provide the safety net for workers to do so. Whether you work in transportation, in an office, or on a school campus, it is your legal right to have proper representation in such cases.

What is “Pop Stop”?

“Pop Stop” is a phrase coined by our CEO, Cecelia Edwards in an effort to eliminate all possible termination of drivers for failure to stop at railroad crossings. As you know, failure to stop at railroad crossings is considered a Zero-tolerance infraction. Many drivers have been recommended for termination because management believed that they did not come to a complete stop at  a railroad. Drivers should pop their brake at the railroad stop that  way there will be no debate whether you came to a complete stop or not.
